We want to take a moment to spotlight one of our team members who has truly stepped up and demonstrated ambition in working toward and applying her learning goals. Gomocha’s Technical Consultant, Diem Vo, has been diligently working toward her learning objectives, balancing training coursework with hands-on experience, and it has paid off in a big way for both her and Gomocha.
Playing an Essential Role in Key Gomocha Projects
Diem’s commitment to continuous learning and innovation recently led her to Gomocha’s Utrecht office, where she played a key role in our Field Data Grid solution project for Selecta. This experience gave her invaluable hands-on learning and deepened her expertise in data solutions.
Following the success of the Selecta project, Diem independently led the setup of Field Data Grid solutions for organizations Van Zelst and Molenaar Badkamers. Each project presented unique challenges, but Diem adapted quickly and found solutions to ensure their successful execution.
The Van Zelst project required a different approach than Gomocha’s standard delivery, as the organization required data to be sent directly to their database instead of using Azure Blob Storage. Despite this complexity, Diem successfully delivered the solution, demonstrating her ability to customize and optimize data pipelines to meet client needs. Additionally, she hosted a workshop meeting with the client, allowing them to address their concerns and better understand the solution.
Diem also executed Field Data Grid — related Change Requests for Heineken — directly contributing to revenue generation for Gomocha. Her technical expertise and proactive approach ensured that these requests were completed efficiently and effectively.

Preparing for Future Innovation
Looking ahead, Diem is preparing for the DP-900 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals certification, which will further strengthen her foundational knowledge of core data concepts and Microsoft Azure data services. Since Gomocha’s platform and many of our customers’ businesses are heavily data-driven, this certification will help Diem drive innovation and optimize data strategies to better serve our clients.
