In our continuous journey to optimize internal processes and increase customer experience we changed the procedure to report notifications about the software you use from Gomocha. On March 30th 2020, we will close down our Support Portal to report notification(s). From that date you can report future notifications by our other channels, where email firstname.lastname@example.org is the primary channel to use.
