Customer Onboarding Consultant: As a Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will guide new customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Gomocha platform. You’ll collaborate with our Sales Directors during the trial phase and provide white-glove service to ensure customers feel confident and supported. By focusing on understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions, you’ll build lasting relationships and help our clients unlock the full potential of our field service management platform.

Customer Success Consultant: As a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll be the key to ensuring our customers achieve their business goals with Gomocha. You’ll develop strong, trust-based relationships, offer expert training, and proactively suggest solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your ability to listen, assess needs, and deliver customized support will drive customer satisfaction and long-term success. You’ll also manage incidents, generate insightful reports, and oversee system configurations.
