Gomocha is pleased to invite our audience to join our beta program, giving you early access to new versions of our field service app. Our beta app is a newer, more experimental version of the Gomocha Field Service App released to app stores.
The beta test program will give you the inside scoop of our new Gomocha app features before the rest of the public. Our developers can test capabilities, fix flaws, and make improvements to the app with the help of your valuable feedback and defect reports. This will enable Gomocha to provide the highest quality technology to ensure your field service organization thrives.
Join the Beta Program on Android
If you’re on an Android device, you can sign up for the beta program via Google Play:
1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your avatar in the top right corner.
3. Tap Manage apps & devices → Manage.
4. Tap the Gomocha FSP.
5. Scroll down the app listing and tap Join under Join the beta.
Join the Beta Program on Microsoft
Microsoft users can join the Gomocha beta program via the Microsoft store with a second app specifically for the program:
1. Uninstall the Gomocha app by right-clicking on the app icon and selecting Uninstall.
2. Open the Microsoft Store, search for Gomocha FSP BETA, and click on the app name.
3. Click the Get button.
4. Wait for confirmation that the app has been installed.
5. Start the app and log in.
Join the Beta Program on iOS
If you’re using an iOS device, we have organized the beta program via TestFlight, Apple’s framework to control beta program testing:
1. Follow this link, and Apple will guide you through installing TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/join/ymBSaC7c.
2. Once TestFlight is installed, open this link to access the beta program app: https://testflight.apple.com/join/ymBSaC7c.
3. Tap Start Testing below the Gomocha app logo.
4. Confirm that you want to be added to the beta program.
5. Tap Install to get the beta version of the Gomocha app.
6. Confirm that you want to replace the existing app installed on your device.
