Gomocha’s own Martin Knook and Trent Thacker recently spoke at Field Service USA in Palm Springs in which they asked for a show of hands from the audience to indicate those whose organizations are 100% digitized and 100% happy with their field service solutions. Only a small percentage of audience members raised their hands to indicate a fully digitized shop and full satisfaction with their existing solution.
Martin and Trent were not surprised at that small show of hands, nor were they surprised at the number of people they encountered during other Field Service USA events and activities who said they want to change the way at least some of their current field service processes are handled. Many people they met reported significant resistance to change in their organizations and uncertainty about precisely which solution will best fit their needs.
